After receiving both valid registration and payment form, a registration confirmation will be sent back to participants. The organizing committee suggests you to carry the registration form to the congress. You may be asked for proof of identity. Delivery of material kits at the congress would be administered at the A to Z desks.

Upon receipt the registration payment, each participant will receive an official confirmation of registration. Please show This confirmation to the registration desk when you come for Re-Registration.

Written cancellation notice must be received before January 29, 2020 a 50% refund will be returned after congress ends. No refund for cancellation thereafter

Badges

Your personal name badge will give access to the scientific sessions and the exhibition. Accompanying persons and exhibitors may visit the exhibition only.

All congress documents and badge will be handed out to the registered participants during the following opening hours

Shuttle

Complimentary shuttle service will be provided for all participants at regular intervals to and from Ritz Carlton Hotel and all participating hotels.
